What happens once I've posted my claim?
We aim to process your claim straight away. We will review the paperwork provided. As long as all conditions have been met, we will send you an email stating your claim has been validated. Following that your tickets will be posted out to you within 4 weeks.
If your claim is invalid you will be sent an email advising you of this and the reason why. We will not post back your paperwork.
Can I change my details once I've completed my claim?
Please contact Cerebos Customer Service on consumer@cerebos.com.au to advise of your new details. We will endeavor to action this before your tickets are mailed out.
Can I claim more than once per week?
Yes, you can enter up to 3 times per week per household, however you may only enter
one claim per product purchased. If you would like to enter 3 times in one week, you
must have purchased 3 products.
Is the countdown clock based on when people register a claim online or when their claim is validated?
It is based on when people register a claim online.
What happens to all of the left over tickets if they are not claimed each week?
All prizes not claimed at the end of the promotion will be re-drawn in the unclaimed prize draw on 29/7/10.
I have lost my receipt, what do I do?
Without your receipt we are unable to validate your claim. A valid claim must have a receipt accompanying it.
Where can I use the Movie Ticket?
Tickets can be used at any of the following cinemas in your state:
Greater Union, Village, Birch Carroll & Coyle and Event Cinema.
Can I use the tickets at an Independent Cinema?
No, they are only valid at the abovementioned cinemas.
Can I use the tickets to watch any movie?
Yes, you can utilise them at the eligible cinemas for any session within the following times:
Tickets can be used at a participating movie passes are only redeemable Monday to Thursday (excluding school & public holidays). The movie passes are not redeemable Friday through to Sunday, and are not redeemable for Gold Class or other special seating or for special events or screenings.
How long are the movie tickets valid for?
Each movie pass will remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue (as indicated on the movie pass).
Do I need to activate my ticket once I receive it?
No. Your ticket is ready to be used as soon as you receive it.
Will the double movie pass come as 1 ticket or 2 singles?
You will receive 2 single tickets.
I have lost my ticket. Can you please send me a replacement?
Movie tickets need to be treated like money, lost or stolen tickets can not be replaced.
